 Industrial Refillable V-bank Systems

 

    It looks small in this photo, but it weighs over 2000 pounds, is portable on casters, with a ducted intake plenum.
   We designed this double-pass charcoal filter for Boeing in 1992 for the purpose of evacuating VOCs
from aircraft fuselage sections being sprayed with corrosion inhibitor compounds.  Each one is about the
size of a work van, and holds 500 pounds of activated charcoal in two rows of v-banks.  They've been
in constant service since 1994 with no mechanical failures, and excellent effectiveness in capturing solvents.
    Custom solutions are available for a variety of industrial applications.
